These terms govern your use of voodoo.earth and VOODOO, operated by Island Global Co (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
What VOODOO provides
VOODOO provides marketing research, strategy, creative and campaign management services, delivered with software, AI and human review. Free campaign briefs are suggestions, not professional, legal or financial advice.
No guaranteed results
Advertising results depend on your product, market, budget and the advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any number of leads, sales, clicks or any return on ad spend. Example and demo figures on this site are simulated and labeled as such.
Fees and ad spend
- VOODOO's service fee and your advertising spend are separate and billed separately.
- Advertising spend is paid to the advertising platforms, in accounts you own or control.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime; service ends at the close of the paid month.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Your content
You keep ownership of your brand, content and accounts. You confirm you have the right to use anything you give us. Creative VOODOO produces for you is yours to use once the fees for it are paid.
AI-generated material
VOODOO uses AI to generate text and images. You approve creative before it runs and are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with the law and the advertising platforms' policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use VOODOO to promote anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or to break any advertising platform's rules. We may refuse or stop work that does.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, VOODOO is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
